I know we have a "Master Body [Z]" but we will not be using it for this model.
Reflect to the other side!
To add breathing, we will use the "Breathe" Deformer
And the "Breath" parameter
Keep everything the same at Value 0
However, at value 1, we will pull only the top points of the deformer up and out:
